New Westminster College and its three constituent schools, New Westminster School of Leadership,  New Westminster School of Diplomacy and New Westminster School of Language, offer a variety of innovative courses and programmes that provide a world-class curricula often supplemented by learning modules and materials provided by world-class universities like Harvard, Cambridge and others. In addition to the academic programmes shown below, we can also customize a course or academic programme specifically designed for a client organization that can address and provide solutions to specific workplace challenges.

The New Westminster School of Leadership is an innovative institution that provides executive education programmes utilizing world-class curriculum and learning platforms that allow executives, busy professionals and students to learn and upgrade their leadership, management and business acumen and currency in the global marketplace. Students at our Leadership School will encounter both rigorous cutting-edge curricula and professors well experienced in their respective profession.

Many learning modules are available to our students that can be taken in the classroom or in our cyber classroom at the convenience of our learner’s schedules. Three formal executive education programmes are offered, including: the Distinguished Leadership Programme, the Senior Executive Programme and the Advanced Management Programme.

New Westminster College offers its executive education programmes through the New Westminster School of Leadership. The distinctive world-class curricula of our executive education programmes provide unique opportunities for corporate leaders and executives from all professional disciplines to advance their technical knowledge and upgrade their leadership skills, business acumen and currency in the global marketplace. The coursework of each executive education programme is supplemented with Harvard Case Studies, readings from Harvard Business review and other learning materials provided and licensed by Harvard Business Publishing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harvard University. 

The Distinguished Leadership Programme is an advanced postgraduate course of study designed for senior-level professional leaders. The innovative and interactive programme with its distinctive world-class curricula provides a very unique opportunity for corporate leaders and senior executives from all professional disciplines to advance their technical knowledge and upgrade their leadership skills, business acumen and currency in the global marketplace. The coursework delivered in the Distinguished Leadership Programme is supplemented with Harvard Case Studies, readings from Harvard Business review and other learning materials that will challenge and reward seasoned professional leaders with a distinguished record of ethical leadership. The Distinguished Leadership Programme consists of 12 executive leadership courses and 39 sequential learning modules.

The Senior Executive Programme is an advanced postgraduate course of study designed for mid-level executives and professional leaders. The innovative and interactive programme with its distinctive world-class curricula provides a very unique opportunity for senior executives from all professional disciplines to advance their technical knowledge and upgrade their leadership skills, business acumen and currency in the global marketplace. The coursework delivered in the Senior Executive Programme is supplemented with Harvard Case Studies, readings from Harvard Business review and other learning materials that will challenge and reward seasoned professional leaders with a distinguished record of ethical leadership. The Senior Executive Programme consists of eight executive leadership courses and 25 sequential learning modules.

The Advanced Management Programme is an advanced course of study designed for executives early into their professional career. The innovative and interactive programme with its distinctive world-class curricula provides a very unique opportunity for executives from all professional disciplines to advance their technical knowledge and upgrade their leadership skills, business acumen and currency in the global marketplace. The coursework delivered in the Distinguished Ambassadors Programme is supplemented with Harvard Case Studies, readings from Harvard Business review and other learning materials that will challenge and reward seasoned politicians and diplomatic leaders with a distinguished record of ethical leadership. The Distinguished Ambassadors Programme consists of 12 diplomatic leadership courses and 39 sequential learning modules.

The Diplomatic Leadership Programme is an advanced postgraduate course of study designed for mid-level political leaders and official representaives in government. The innovative and interactive programme with its distinctive world-class curricula provides a challenging and unique opportunity for elected and appointed political officers, executive government leaders and international diplomats to advance their technical knowledge and upgrade their diplomatic leadership skills, governance acumen and currency in the global political arena. The coursework delivered in the Diplomatic Leadership Programme is supplemented with Harvard Case Studies, readings from Harvard Business review and other learning materials that will certainly challenge and reward seasoned political and diplomatic leaders with a significant record of ethical diplomatic leadership. The Diplomatic Leadership Programme consists of eight diplomatic leadership courses and 25 sequential learning modules.

The Advanced Diplomacy and Governance Programme is an advanced course of study designed for government officials and political leaders early into their professional career. The innovative and interactive programme with its distinctive world-class curricula provides a very unique opportunity for government executives from various professional disciplines to advance their technical knowledge and upgrade their diplomacy, governance and leadership skills. The coursework delivered in the Advanced Diplomacy and Governance Programme is supplemented with Harvard Case Studies, readings from Harvard Business review and other learning materials that will challenge and reward government leaders with a  record of ethical leadership. The Advanced Diplomacy and Governance Programme consists of five diplomatic leadership courses and 16 sequential learning module.

The New Westminster School of Language is an exciting learning institution where many dedicated students from around the world congregate to master language proficiency. English as a Second Language is the primary language discipline attended, which includes modular courses and internationally recognized programmes that lead to English certification in language proficiency, English certification in business and leadership, and English certification for teaching qualifications.

Our language professors and instructors are native speakers of the language they are teaching and/or possess English as a Second Language teaching qualifications. The New Westminster School of Language prepares students for its internal English as a Second Language examinations for multiple academic programmes and qualifications. The New Westminster School of Language also prepares sudents to take and pass external English as a Second Language examinations, including those offered by the University of Cambridge and accepts the following University of Cambridge EOSL Examinations for admissison and advanced placement in our English as a Second Language programmes:

The Advanced Business English Programme is an advanced postgraduate course of study designed for professionals needing a professional upgrade to their business English skills. The innovative and interactive programme with its distinctive world-class curricula provides a very challenging and unique opportunity for students to advance their technical business English knowledge, upgrade their written and oral communication abilities, and develop innovative business presentation skills in English. The coursework delivered in the Advanced Business English Programme is supplemented with world class EOSL learning materials provided by the University of Cambridge EOSL that will challenge and reward the business English student whether you are a native English speaker or speak English as a second language. The Advanced Business English Programme consists of eight courses.

The Advanced English Teaching Programme is an advanced postgraduate course of study designed for tutors, teachers and instructors needing a professional upgrade to their English teaching skills. The innovative and interactive programme with its distinctive world-class curricula provides a very challenging and unique opportunity for instructors and teachers to advance their technical English teaching knowledge, upgrade their written and oral communication abilities, and develop innovative teaching presentation skills in English. The coursework delivered in the Advanced English Teaching Programme is supplemented with world class EOSL learning materials provided by the University of Cambridge EOSL that will challenge and reward the English teacher whether you are a native English speaker or speak English as a second language. The Advanced English Teaching Programme consists of eight courses.

The Advanced English Programme is an advanced course of study in English designed for individuals requiring advanced English proficiency in the private and public sector workplace. The innovative and interactive programme with its distinctive world-class curricula provides a very unique opportunity for a diversity of individuals from various professional disciplines to advance their English technical knowledge and upgrade their English speaking, comprehension, presentation and writing skills. The coursework delivered in the Advanced English Programme is supplemented with University of Cambridge EOSL learning materials that will challenge and reward students of English, whether a native English speaker or learner of English as a second language.
