Commodore David Wolfe is a naval officer of the Royal Navy of Great Britain and a Senior Fellow of New Westminster College.  He has language proficiency in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. His Professional Military Education (PME) includes:

Commodore Wolfe has a distinguished record of ethical leadership and presently serves as the Director of Knowledge Management at the NATO Allied Joint Command. His professional leadership experience includes:
