BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: Her Excellency Ambassador Ecaterine Siradze-Delaunay, LLB, MA

Her Excellency Ecaterine Siradze-Delaunay is the Ambassador of Georgia to the Republic of France, Monaco and UNESCO, and a Distinguished Fellow of New Westminster College. In 1998, she received her Bachelor in Law from the Humanitarian Technical Institute at Tbilisi Technical University, and in 2004, she earned her MA in Crises Prevention, Humanitarian Aid and Development from the Institute of Economic and Social Sciences at University Paris 1 – Pantheon Sorbonne. Ambassador Siradze-Delaunay is multi-lingual and has language fluency in Georgian, French, Russian and English, and working knowledge of Portuguese.

Ambassador Siradze-Delaunay has a distinguished record of ethical leadership and since May 2013 has served as the Ambassador of Georgia to the Republic of France, Monaco and UNESCO. She has longstanding experience working on Democracy and Governance, precisely working with different political parties, reinforcing their internal capacity and their advocacy and election monitoring skills, as well as working with government institutions. Her professional experience includes:
