Mr. Košutić is a former Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Macedonia (2002-2006), and a Fellow of New Westminster College. He earned a B.Sc.EE in Energy and Industrial Automation from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. His language proficiency includes English and Serbian.
