Major Chevalier Paul E. Henry is a Senior Fellow of New Westminster College and has an outstanding record of ethical leadership. He served in the Canadian Army as a Canadian Forces Reserve Officer and retired as a Major in 2009 after becoming qualified as a lieutenant colonel and serving 23 years from 1986 to 2009. His leadership experience includes:

  • 2012 to present: Principal and Vice-Principal of 6 schools (elementary, secondary and alternative education), Conseil scolaire catholique du Nouvel-Ontario, Sudbury, Ontario
  • 2010-2012: Senior Specialist in Education and Francophone Field Team Leader (Superintendant equivalent), French-Language Education Policy and Programs Branch, Ontario Ministry of Education, Sudbury and Toronto, Ontario

He earned two baccalaureate degrees, including the Bachelor of Education in Geography and History in 1992 from Laurentian University and the Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and History in 1990, also from Laurentian University.
