Major General Antonio M. Taguba is a retired senior officer of the United States Army and a Senior Fellow of New Westminster College. He earned a B.A. in History from Idaho State University, M.A.  in Public Administration from Webster University, M.A. in International Relations from Salve Regina University, M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. College of Naval Command and Staff., and an Honorary Doctor’s Degree in Humane Letters from the University of San Francisco. Major General Taguba has language proficiency in English and Tag.  His Professional Military Education (PME) includes:

  • U.S. Army War College – Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania
  • U.S. Army General Officer Installation Commander Course, U.S. Army Management Staff College – Fort Belvoir, Virginia
  • U.S. Army Command and General Staff College – Fort Leavenworth, Kansas
  • U.S. College of Naval Command and Staff – Newport, Rhode Island
  • U.S. Army Armor Officer Advanced Course
  • U.S. Army Armor Officer Basic Course

Major General Taguba has a distinguished record of ethical leadership and retired in 2007 from the United States Army after 34 years of service. His senior-level professional military and subsequent civilian leadership experience includes:
