Major General Kimberly Ann Siniscalchi is a senior military officer of the United States Air Force and Senior Fellow of New Westminster College. She was a biology major from 1975 to 1976 at Clarion State College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 1979 from Duquesne University. In 1988, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and was awarded the Honorary Doctorate of Science (DSc) in 2013 by the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Major General Siniscalchi has a distinguished record of ethical leadership and since 2008 has served as the Assistant Surgeon General for Medical Force Development and concurrently as Assistant Surgeon General for Nursing Services at the Office of the Surgeon General at Headquarters, United States Air Force in Rosslyn, Virginia. She has responsibility for all life cycles of military and civilian personnel management for over 44,000 medical personnel, a $180M budget, and all medical force education and training.  Her responsibilities also include all plans, policies, and programs governing 19,000 active-duty, Guard, and Reserve nursing personnel. In this capacity, she collaborates with the Air Staff, Joint Staff, Federal Agencies, major commands, academia, and private sector healthcare facilities to ensure the highest caliber of nursing practice.
