Professor Dr. Khalil is a Senior Fellow of New Westminster College. He is a cardiologist and has served as a Professor of Medicine at King Saud University in Saudi Arabi since March of 1997. Previously, he was Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical College from 1993 to 1997.
