BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY: Professor Oscar Silva, LLB, MBA (Harvard)

Professor Oscar Silva is a seasoned international investment banking executive, Attorney-at-Law and Senior Fellow of New Westminster College. He earned a Bachelor of Law in 1977 from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School, a MBA in 1982 from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University, and completed the Private Equity Executive Program in 2008 from the London Business School. Professor Silva has been an Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at the Lubin School of Business Administration at Pace University, a Visiting Lecturer of Strategic Management and Leadership at the Eurasia Business School, an Adjunct Lecturer of Financial Management at the Graduate School of Business Administration at Fordham University, and an Instructor of International Lending at the School of Continuing Education at New York University. He has language proficiency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Arabic and was a Fullbright/Hays Scholar at the Harvard Business School.

Professor Silva has a distinguished record of ethical leadership and presently serves as Chairman, Davos International Advisory Ltd. in London. His other leadership experience includes:
